Cherry Hill is one of the easiest places in South Jersey to live if you work in Philadelphia: Premier at Cherry Hill, at 3005 Chapel Ave W, sits close to Route 70, Route 38 and I-295, and renters have two rail options into the city, the PATCO Speedline and NJ Transit’s Atlantic City Line, which stops at Cherry Hill station on Route 70. You get a suburban home base with resort-style amenities and a straightforward trip across the river.

Why live near Route 70 and Route 38?

Routes 70 and 38 are Cherry Hill’s two main east-west roads, and living between them means you’re never far from either. Head west and you’re on your way to Philadelphia. Head east and you reach Marlton, Mount Laurel and the rest of Burlington County. The Cherry Hill Mall sits right off Route 38, so errands rarely take you far from home, and I-295 is close for trips north or south.

Is Cherry Hill a good place to rent near Philadelphia?

For many renters, yes. Cherry Hill offers a quieter, more suburban pace than the city, with large parks such as Cooper River Park, the Cherry Hill Mall and plenty of grocery options, including Wegmans. It’s also close to major employers: Subaru of America’s headquarters, TD Bank’s U.S. operations and Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital are all nearby, so many residents don’t cross the river at all.
